1.The service

A language learning app with lessons written by AI, pronunciation feedback, a live AI voice tutor, mock speaking tests and optional one to one classes with human tutors.

AI can make mistakes. Words are checked by native speakers over time, and you can report a mistake on any word.

Mock speaking tests and certificates show practice and course progress. They are not official exam results or official language certificates.

2.Your account

Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. A parent or guardian creates and is responsible for any child's family profile.

Please use the tutor respectfully. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, try to break it, or share access with people outside the account.

3.Plans and payments

Paid plans are prepaid passes for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically. Buying again adds the new days to the end of your current pass.

Prices in India include GST. Live voice minutes are limited per plan and reset each month on monthly plans.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

4.Content

Lessons, audio and designs belong to us or our licensors. Your own words and recordings stay yours; you let us process them to run the service.

5.Liability and law

We work hard to keep the app available and correct but provide it as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
